By downloading, installing, or using GymVision ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

GymVision is an AI-powered fitness application that uses computer vision to scan gym equipment and generate personalized workouts. The App may include features such as workout tracking, AI coaching, and social sharing.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use GymVision. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. GymVision collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy. Workout data may be stored locally on your device and/or in the cloud to enable features like sharing and syncing.

GymVision may offer subscription plans through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to GymVision's systems or other users' data
• Distribute, share, or resell access to the App or its content

GymVision provides AI-generated workout suggestions for informational purposes only. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk.

All content, features, and functionality of GymVision — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by GymVision and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymVision and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injury, data loss, or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GymVision at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
